    Recommended Use/Purpose:  Helps increase total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or
    altered sleep schedule, e.g shift-work and jet lag.  Helps to prevent and/or reduce the effects of jet lag. Helps
    to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder.  Helps to set the body’s
    sleep-wake cycle (i.e. circadian rhythm).
    Recommended Dose:  Take one capsule once daily at or before bedtime.  Do not drive or use machinery for
    5 hours after taking melatonin.  While travelling, and at destination, take once a day at bedtime after darkness
    has fallen until adapted to new daily pattern.
    Each capsule contains:
    Melatonin ……………………………………..3mg
    Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin capsule, microcrystalline cellulose.
    Contains NO artificial colours, sweeteners, wheat, gluten, starch, corn, yeast, dairy or soy.
    Safety Information:  Contraindications:  If you are pregnant or breast feeding, do not use this product. Cautions
    and Warnings:  Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties
    is not recommended.  If you are taking one of the following medications, consult Health Care practitioner prior to
    use:  anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative,
    hypnotic, psychotropic medications or steroids.  If you have one of the following conditions, consult a health
    care practitioner prior to use:  asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes
    or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine or seizure disorders. For
    sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule, delayed sleep phase disorder, sleep-wake cycle.  If symptoms persist
    continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. Known Adverse
    Reactions:  Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which
    case, discontinue use.  Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
    Recommended Duration of Use:  Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks if you are using
    this product for delayed sleep phase disorder, sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule, or to normalize
    sleep/wake cycle.  If using for more than 4 weeks, discontinue use for 3 to 5 consecutive days per month. 
    For jet lag:  use occasionally and short-term.
    Keep out of reach of children.
